The Directory is provided solely as a community resource to assist members of the Church and the broader community in identifying local businesses, professionals, tradespersons, and service providers. The Directory is intended for informational purposes only and is not operated as a commercial venture of the Church.
All businesses and service providers listed in the Directory are independent third parties. Any services, products, advice, or work performed by a listed business are provided solely in that business’s own name and capacity, and not on behalf of, under the authority of, or as a representative of the Church. Inclusion in the Directory does not create any agency, partnership, employment, joint venture, or other relationship between the Church and any listed business or service provider. Inclusion in the Directory is intended only to connect community members with available resources. Any decision to contact, retain, or engage a listed business is made entirely at the user’s discretion, and users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any arrangement or transaction. Our Lady of Peace does not sponsor, manage, supervise, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, qualifications, conduct, or performance of any listed business or its services. Any engagement between a user and a listed business is strictly between those parties, and users are responsible for conducting their own independent inquiries and due diligence before retaining any service provider.
The Church is not responsible for and disclaims all liability arising from any interactions, transactions, agreements, disputes, losses, damages, injuries, negligence, misconduct, fraud, or unsatisfactory services involving any business listed in the directory. The Church shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from the use of the directory. The business owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Church, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the listing, the business’s services, or any breach of these Terms.
Users may submit concerns regarding a listed business. The Church may review complaints but is under no obligation to investigate or resolve disputes between users and businesses. Businesses are solely responsible for maintaining all licenses, permits, registrations, certifications, and insurance required by applicable law.
By submitting a listing, the business owner consents to the publication of the information provided in the directory, including business name, contact information, website, description of services, and other information designated for public display.
The Church reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove, suspend, or refuse any listing at any time where the information provided is inaccurate, the business becomes inactive, the listing violates these Terms and Conditions, complaints raise concerns regarding the business’s integrity or practices, or where the Church determines that removal is in the best interests of the Church community.
Participation in or inclusion within the Directory does not create any right, entitlement, membership status, endorsement, approval, or continuing expectation of inclusion. The Church reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or remove any listing at any time and without notice. No business or individual shall acquire any contractual, proprietary, or other legal rights by virtue of being listed in the Directory.
